Micro-Matics delivers finely tuned, Swiss-machined precision components for industries where failure is not an option. Our expert team specializes in high-tolerance Swiss lathe manufacturing, producing extremely reliable components for critical industries. We focus exclusively on Swiss machining, CNC turning, and lathe manufacturing, as these processes produce the highest-quality components for our customers.

WHAT SETS SWISS MACHINES APART?
Originally developed in 19th century Switzerland for use in watchmaking, Swiss lathe and machine manufacturing has built a centuries-long reputation for extreme precision and accuracy. While traditional lathes and CNC turning machines possess a fixed headstock, Swiss turning machines have a moving headstock, allowing workpieces to be moved along the Z-axis during manufacturing. This lateral movement reduces part deflection, allowing Swiss CNC machines to manufacture extremely tight-tolerance pieces with a high degree of accuracy.
