OPERATIONS
The operations team is the backbone of the entire Micro-Matics organization. With decades of combined experience and access to the latest and greatest Swiss and Escomatic CNC machines, our operations team can produce a broad range of custom components – with extreme precision – at extremely competitive lead times.
QUALITY
Micro-Matics’ quality assurance testing equipment, expert machinists, and inspection personnel carefully and precisely verify conformance of every custom part we manufacture. Whether we are using our state-of-the-art equipment to check custom alloy finishes or inspecting diameters with our top-of-the-line microscopes, we have all the equipment required to verify strict component conformance.
SALES
The Micro-Matics sales team is the foundation of all our industry partnerships. When new clients express an interest in our work, our sales team coordinates with our production department to deliver timely and accurate estimates ahead of full production. After production begins, the sales team acts as clients’ primary contact, providing continuous updates and ensuring client concerns are given the attention they deserve.
OFFICE
The Micro-Matics office team works behind the scenes—coordinating the prototyping, operations, quality assurance, and sales teams—to maximize productivity and cut lead times for our clients. The office team also plays a key role in keeping team leads updated on project changes and ensuring our deliverables align with client expectations.

Jeff Schipper is the President of Micro-Matics, where he leads the organization with a focus on sustainable growth, continuous improvement, and empowering employees to do their best work. Having joined Micro-Matics in 2026, Jeff brings 28 years of manufacturing experience and a well-rounded technical and operational background to his role. He works collaboratively with customers and employees to drive long-term success while strengthening the company’s manufacturing capabilities. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
Allen Cossairt
Sales Manager

Allen Cossairt is the Sales Manager at Micro-Matics and has been with the company for 29 years, including 16 years in Swiss CNC machining and 13 years in sales. Drawing on more than 16 years of hands-on experience in Swiss CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting, he works closely with customers to develop new components, optimize existing designs, and identify cost-saving manufacturing opportunities. By providing technical expertise at the earliest stages of a project, Allen helps customers find practical, efficient manufacturing solutions that support long-term success. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing with family and friends and spending time at his cabin in Minnesota’s lake country.
Jason Wobig

Jason Wobig is the Director of Operations at Micro-Matics and has been with the company for 8 years. Bringing more than 30 years of experience in precision machining, engineering, operational excellence, and manufacturing leadership, he oversees manufacturing operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams with a focus on continuous improvement, employee development, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. Jason is passionate about building high-performing teams, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and using data-driven decision-making to improve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery. In his free time, Jason enjoys riding his motorcycle and cheering on his kids’ hockey games.
Judy Arrett

Judy Arrett is the VP of Finance at Micro-Matics, a results-driven finance executive with more than 30 years of experience in finance, strategic planning, and business operations. Having served as both Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, she brings extensive expertise in financial leadership and organizational operations. Passionate about manufacturing, Judy combines strong business acumen, lean manufacturing experience, and a hands-on leadership style to improve performance, develop teams, and help organizations achieve their strategic goals. Outside of work, Judy enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. She’s always up for her next adventure.
Chee Xiong
QMS ISO Compliance Manager
Chee Xiong is the QMS ISO Compliance Manager at Micro-Matics, bringing a background in chemical engineering, quality systems, and manufacturing compliance. He works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards, support regulatory and customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. His collaborative approach helps ensure products consistently meet the high expectations of customers and industry standards. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Zachary Zuelzke
Production Manager

Zachery Zuelzke is the Production Manager at Micro-Matics and a United States Army veteran with 15 years of manufacturing experience leading production operations and driving continuous improvement. He specializes in production scheduling, quality assurance, safety, and continuous improvement while coordinating people, equipment, and materials to meet customer expectations. Known for his calm, hands-on leadership style, Zachery is committed to building accountable teams, fostering open communication, and creating an environment where employees can adapt, grow, and succeed. Outside of work, Zachery enjoys working on cars and leading a community initiative that teaches disadvantaged teens automotive repair and valuable life skills.
Tyler Altman
Quality Manager

Tyler Altman is the Quality Manager at Micro-Matics, bringing 15 years of experience in quality systems, inspection, metrology, CMM programming, and continuous improvement. Since beginning his manufacturing career in 2011, he has focused on improving processes, solving complex challenges, and delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Tyler enjoys partnering with customers and production teams to drive quality, efficiency, and reliable results across the medical, aerospace, and manufacturing industries. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his dog, who is often his companion on hikes and outdoor adventures.
